i very frequently subscribe to the doom and gloom of ai consuming all human creativity. my mother disagrees, arguing that human creativity will be increasingly valued over AI 'slop'. jasmine sun articulates this idea well.
not all of these recs are going to be essays, you know. this is just a reflection of a guiding principle of my work. i don't want things to seem perfectly complete, because they aren't. there are probably a thousand things wrong with this website alone because whenever i wanted to do something i just looked up "how do i do X in HTML". imperfection is embedded in this very project.
